Shipping

We offer a variety of shipping options, which may vary depending on the product and the country of delivery. Due to our continuously expanding range, it is no longer possible for us to list flat shipping rates.

Therefore, you will find all available services and shipping options including their respective costs directly on the product page under the tab "Services". This allows you to see at a glance which shipping methods are offered for your desired product – including delivery type, assembly options, and possibly old furniture removal.

Overview of shipping methods:

Parcel shipping (e.g., smaller items):

  • Shipping via GLS

  • Parcel tracking via GLS Tracking

Curb-side delivery:

  • Delivery by Mebel Taxi or Noerpel Freight Company

  • Delivery Monday through Friday

  • Announcement of the delivery date by phone or SMS (4-hour time window)

  • Delivery is made to the curb (no carrying into the apartment)

Delivery "free to point of use":

  • Delivery by Mebel Taxi or DHL 2-Man Handling

  • Delivery Monday to Friday (Saturdays in exceptional cases)

  • Announcement of the delivery date by phone or SMS (4-hour time window)

  • Carry to the point of use (no assembly, no packaging disposal)

Delivery "free to point of use including setup":

  • As above, additionally with assembly and disposal of packaging by the delivery team

Instructions for old furniture removal:

If you opt for old furniture removal, please note:

  • Only one identical piece of furniture will be picked up at a time (e.g., a sofa for a sofa)

  • Furniture must be ready for transport (e.g., disassembled, empty)

  • Electrically adjustable furniture (e.g., with motor) is excluded from pickup

  • The new location must be free and accessible (especially when assembly is booked)

Germany, Austria, Switzerland
